If a show is listed in White it is Tentative unless a Contract is signed - booking a wedding will take presidence since these shows are shot 'on speculation' and are not contracted and are not paying shows. Proofs will still be available for viewing and purchasing at the show. Please make time to view your proofs at the shows and make your purchases from there. If you would like to have your proofs on-line in galleries. Please leave a $25 check with my assistant at our viewing booth with your Rider, Classes, Numbers and Horse Numbers & info. One check per rider - they may have rode multiple horses under the one fee. There will be a short form to fill out. The check will be held until you place your order and destroyed, meaning the $25 On-line Upload Proofing Fee will be applied to your order. If you do not place an order within 30 days of your proofs being placed on-line, the check will be cashed. This means you may not copy and reprint, or have products such as T-shirts, mugs, etc made from my images. You may not have artistic renditions or oil paintings etc made from them, to do this is violating copyright laws. Failure to comply with copyright laws and removing copyright notices could result in fines of up to $200,000.
Images bought are for personal use. The copyrights or commercial rights are not given with prints. If you need an image for advertising or promotion of your training, stallion or stables, please contact me regarding usage rights and licensing images. Images may however be used when selling a horse or pony, you must at least purchase a web image for this purpose. You do not own the image or copyright by buying a print, you are buying a personal copy, photographer retains copyright even when an images' license is purchased. Image licensing means you have bought rights to usage as per the license agreement not the copyright.
Please do not take images from the website. Just as you cannot give away lessons or stallion services, I cannot give away my work. Please respect this and help keep me in business so I can continue to provide you with photography services at your shows and events.
When e-mailing orders, you may e-mail the thumbnail images with your order. We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover cards including Visa check cards. We can e-mail an invoice to you when you e-mail orders to me. It is a quick, easy and secure way to pay for your orders. We also accept payment via PayPal or Google checkout.
